For the record, this error is not specific to PE. It also happens if you use Make Selected Reference right after an action that removes marked dupes.

The resolution of this bug requires significant changes to the code for something that doesn't have a lot of chances to happen. Some day, maybe, I'll fix it.

Right now, only folders added through the "+" button are added to the recent added folders list. Dropped folders should be too.
