Fairware feedback form seems to eat some messages

I've received reports of message written in the Fairware feedback form being lost.
My first guess would be a character that I forgot to escape.

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
Can't reproduce. I tried every possible character on the keyboard. My guess would now be some misconfigured mail client.
