Allow dupeGuru ME to use "Time" during a Tags comparison

#146

From GS

It seems you can only compare track number, artist, album name, track title, genre and year when doing a "Tags" comparison. Even though it's not technically a "tag", is there any reason you can't include "time" (length of track) as a comparison? This would help in getting rid of false positives for remixes and dubs.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to specify a "slop" value, e.g. an optional checkbox to ignore differences less [ 5 ] seconds, with the value being selectable. Thus a track with length 5:45 and another track with length 5:48 would be considered "duplicate times", but 5:45 and 5:52 would not.
