Use Snow Leopard's new API to send files to Trash if available

I noticed that files being sent to Trash by dupeGuru in Snow
Leopard can't be "Put Back" like other files can. I'm not sure, but
I think it's because one has to use the new API in
NSWorkspace for the files to be "re-placeable".

Can't do it yet, it seems that PyObjc 1.4 can't handle calling recycleURLs:completionHandler: (I'm getting a pyobjc internal error).

Now that I've switched to pyobjc 2.2, I can try this again.

This is irrelevant, after all. Even by using the new API from 10.6, trashed file don't get the Put Back item. It seems like only files trashed with Finder get it...
