Make the EXIF Timestamp column delta-enabled

I'd like the option to use EXIF, IPTC, and other meta data in addition to the content comparison. I found many cases when using the content comparison feature where it came up as a 99% or 98% match, when in fact the photos were just incredibly similar (maybe even taken half a second apart from each other). If I had also compared the EXIF data, it would show a different time stamp, so it would never match at that percentage.
That would work with delta + sorting post-scan filtering, but the problem is that the EXIF Timestamp column isn't delta enabled. Make it so.
