Support additional extensions in ME and PE

In ME and PE, there's a list of extensions to scan for. The problem is that sometimes, people have images and music that dupeGuru would otherwise support, but that have another extension. In some cases, it's just me not having an exhaustive enough list, as in #192 , or sometimes it's just the user having weird extensions.

A comma separated extensions preference should do the trick.
