False discarding figures

Discarding is supposed to be only for matches that couldn't be placed in a group because it wouldn't match in all other files in the group. However, we get false discarded figures when we have reference folders with files matching each other in it. These matches (which are ignored because they're both from ref folders and thus un-deletable) shouldn't be counted as discarded.
