Replace with symlinks

So right now there's a menu option to "Move to trash and replace with hard links," which is the one I normally use. However, I'd prefer an option to replace with symlinks, as with hard links it can get confusing as there's no visual indication in Finder that a file is a hard link to the same file as another file. With symlinks it's easier to tell that it was a dupe.
