Newly created directory doesnt appear in Directory Dialog

I added a directory to the Directories Dialog, with a filter of
Normal.
Lets pretend it was /Users/carpii/test
After a scan completed, I then ticked some files and selected
Actions -> Move to Directory.
At this point I cerated a new directory /Users/carpii/test/dupes
and moved all the files there.
Now I want to rerun the scan, excluding the Dupes dir, just to
make sure everything is ok.
I go into the Directory dialog, and expand the /Users/carpii/test
node.
The dupes directory is not visible, and trying to add it via the Add button results in the error 'Directory is already added'
Removing the test directory and readding it corrects this

I can reproduce the bug.
Fixing it properly involves starting to listen to FS events, but a simpler solution would be to refresh the folder tree every time the Directories panel is shown.
