It looks doable enough, although I'll have to convert selected rows to CSV data, which will be easier to do, I think, after I dealt with #162 More flexible exports .

As I finished implementing this feature for tables and wanted to extend this to account sheets, I realized it didn't make sense until #55 Ability to Select Multiple Accounts Simultaneously was implemented... For 2.3, row copying will only work for tables.
