More flexible exports

Being able to select accounts to export as well as having a CSV export option would allow users to use their data in ways that moneyGuru don't allow, for example, exporting data to spreadsheets.

It would be helpful to be able to export details from individual ledgers in something as simple as csv. This would enable easy import of the data into a spread sheet program for further processing. If one was able to choose which categories som much the better, but not necessary.
