Add "Number in filename" re-prioritize criteria

From email:
I'm using DupeGuru to fix an problem when downloading music from Google to my iTunes account. It always grabs all the music and I end up with duplicates of whatever I already had in my library since the last time (guessing the "organize my music folder" feature is partially to blame).
When I ran your app it showed a bunch of entries, but some showed the initial file as the duplicate (no number at end) and others showed the files that ended with 1 and 2 and 3 as the duplicates (which they really are).
I'm sure this won't always be the best option, but I'm having trouble thinking of a time when it is bad to do. This also would pick a later time/datestamp I think (if it is at the end of the file...guess you could look at beginning for the differing part of the filename too).
Adding a new "Number in filename" criteria in the re-prioritize dialog would do the trick. As sub-criterias, I'd see "Present", "Absent", "Lowest", "Highest".
