Empty EXIF shouldn't match

When there's no EXIF date, dgpe already takes care of not erroneously matching these files together, but I've been sent examples of files where there seems to be an EXIF timestamp, but it's blank. When that happens, we get false matches. The examples are a bit too big to send here, however...
