Setting and removing Reference and Excluded directory states

Sorry to use this system for this, but the following seems close to bugs, at least from the user's perspective:

  1. According to the Help pages: "You can use Reference state for a directory if you want to be sure that you won't delete any file from it....When you set the state of a directory,...."
    I cannot find any such function in my DupeGuru (latest download) where I can set the state of a directory to Reference.

  2. According to same Help page: "To remove a directory, select the directory to remove and click on Remove. If a subdirectory is selected when you click remove, the selected directory will be set to excluded state (see below) instead of being removed."
    This seems work, but there seems to be nowhere to include the directory again, or to cancel the exclusion. So, after removing a directory, only trial and error can tell me when it is back again in the searches.

    When you click on a cell in the State column, a drop down will show up, allowing you to select a state for the folder.

    There used to be a drop down arrow drawn in every cell to make this clear, but when I made the rewrite in PyQt, I forgot about that. I guess I should do it...
