Copy and paste support

cutting and copying transactions between accounts/ledgers does not seem to work or is not fully implemented. I only seem to be able to cut & paste in the net worth screen but not in the accounts screen;
from me:
What I think he means is that he wants copy/paste support, not for text, but for account/transactions themselves

I'll investigate as to how feasible this ticket is, and implement it in 2.3 if reasonably easy to implement.

It looks doable enough, although I'll have to convert selected rows to CSV data, which will be easier to do, I think, after I dealt with #162 .

As I finished implementing this feature for tables and wanted to extend this to account sheets, I realized it didn't make sense until #55 was implemented... For 2.3, row copying will only work for tables.
