Bogus schedule spawns after stop date

There's a report of a schedule that doesn't want to stop, even though there's a stop date set.

I couldn't try to quite reproduce the bug, bug I did reproduce something: When creating a schedule with a stop date that is earlier than the start date, we end up with a single spawn on the start date. This spawn shouldn't be there.
