  What operating system? If it's on Windows or Linux, can you look at the log (you can open it with Help --> Open Debug Log) and see if there's an error message regarding this? If you're on OS X, can you look in the Console (it's an application in /Application/Utilities)?

  Hello,

  I am on Mac OS X 10.5.8.
  I launched Moneyguru and hit the Export button, and here is the log (Console) :

  At first, I thought it might have something to do with the fact that you run 10.5.8, but I tried exporting under Leopard and it worked alright.

  Now, what I think might be the cause of this is a corrupted installation. If you delete moneyGuru and re-install it, does it work better?

  I tried to delete (with AppCleaner) and re-install, but it does not work better.
  Interestingly though, even if I delete the application, when I re-install it, menu items are still in french, even when I download MoneyGuru from an english website. Does it suggest that when I trash MoneyGuru with Appcleaner, there still remain some elements related to Moneyguru. Maybe the pb comes from there ?
  Is there a way to completely delete Moneyguru, an re-install it from scratch ?

  The problem is related to the French version. I can reproduce the issue when I run moneyGuru in french.
