General Ledger printing

A way to print a General Ledger, which is often required by accountants.
I'm not sure yet if I'd create a new view for it or if it will be a separate print command. A new view would be nicer and more consistent with the rest of the app, with it would require a re-engineering of the toolbar (I can't just add a new item in it, it's already too crowded).
