Quick account jumping

A dialog similar to the one planned for #98. When invoked, it would show a list of all accounts. It would be possible to quickly select an account by typing a few letters. When those letters are typed, a fuzzy matching would take place and the list would be filtered/re-ordered according to that matching, allowing the user to quickly select an account with the arrow keys and press return to show that account in the Account View.
