Merge problem in Design Board

There seems to be a problems when merging a location that has a subfolder with the same name as a previously added location.
For example, I have a "iTunes Music" location and I also added a "media" location, which has a "iTunes Music" subfolder (with the same content). Normally, when I add both to the design board, all songs should be conflicted and all that stuff. However, when I add media, nothing gets added (except the stuff that is not in "iTunes Music").
