Empty tag fields handling in mass rename

Currently, as soon as one of the tags in the model is empty, the song is not renamed at all. In some cases, it makes more sense to, instead of not renaming the song at all, simply replace the empty field by "Unknown". There should be an option in the mass rename panel for that.
