Replace illegal characters

Adding options to replace illegal characters in path names with alternatives. Preferably in a way that you can decide what alternative for what character you use (such as choosing whether ";" or "-" would be best to replace ":"). Taking OS into account as well (linux has less illegals than windows) would be important, but having the ability to choose what OS your naming for (regardless of the currently used OS) would be preferable.
