Change cocoa appdata to ~/Library/[appname]

This ~/.hsoftdata directory for appdata has got to change.

It should also be noted that it's not sufficient to simply change the path. The data has to be moved from the old location to the new.

I will not move the data after all. It would mean leaving too much cruft behind in the code, and that data is not that important, except for people who use the Ignore feature a lot. In these cases, they'll just contact support and I'll tell them how to move their files.
