/usr/share/applications/dupeguru_se.desktop: warning: key
"Encoding" in group "Desktop Entry" is deprecated
/usr/share/applications/dupeguru_se.desktop: error: value "Utility"
for string list key "Categories" in group "Desktop Entry" does not
have a semicolon (';') as trailing character
- remove "Encoding=UTF-8", it's deprecated
- "Categories=Utility" there needs to be a ; at the end
