Allow multiple selection in Directories

To make the addition and removal of directories more convenient, allow more than on folder to be added at once in the Open file dialog, and allow more than one directory to be removed at once with the Remove button.

AFAICT, It's only possible to do that under cocoa, Windows native folder selection dialog doesn't seem to allow that.
