In addition to EnvironmentError, catch UnicodeEncodeError when performing actions on marked duplicates.
When running dupeGuru under Linux with a messed up locale,
it's
UnicodeEncodeError we get. Instead of popping a reportable
traceback, it's
better to just pop the Problems dialog up.
