Rename "Power Marker" to something clearer

Personally Id rename Power Marker to 'Hierarchy [on|off]. I dont understand why its called Power Marker :)

I agree that Power Marker isn't very clear, but I'm not sure about "Hierarchy" either. Maybe something like "Show References".
