Reconciliation re-shaping

In theory, the current reconciliation system (with de-reconciliation warnings and all) sounded great, but in practice, it's more an annoyance than anything. Its system is complex and has a few glitches (false reconciliation warnings) that would be rather complex to fix.

With this re-shaping, there would be no more warnings. Additionally, there would be a new column, "Reconciled date" (optionally visible). Whether an entry is reconciled or not depends on whether there's a date in that field or not.

It would still be possible to reconcile as before, that is, going into Reconciliation Mode, checking off some entries, then going back to normal mode. What this will do now is that it will set the reconciliation date of the checked entries to that entry's date.

Also, there will be an additional field in the Mass Edition panel, "Reconciliation", which will give another way to mass reconcile (it's not everyone that realize that you can press space while in reconciliation mode to toggle reconciliation for all selected transactions, so they send me an e-mail complaining about how tiresome it is to reconcile).
