Modification time column
Reported by Virgil Dupras | February 2nd, 2012 @ 06:11 PM | in v2.5 (closed)
Sometimes, you're not sure why you have such or such balance, such or such total and something doesn't work. You think you've made an erroneous edit at some point, but you can't remember why. If you have good backups, you could open each backup file and maybe find the mistake you've made, but that's only if you have many backups and if you have the time to do that.
A much easier way to go would be to have a column for the last modification time of each transaction. You could then sort your transactions by that column and easily locate those you've recently modified.
The beauty in this is that transactions already have a "mtime" mechanism (for auto-completion sorting), it's just a matter of adding the column in transaction and entry tables.
