New entry glitches

When creating a new entry, there's firstly a problem of balance which doesn't make sense because it's visible before the entry is committed. It should be blank.
Second, there another glitch showing when there's only a "Previous Entry" in the entry table, without any other entry other than Total. When adding a new entry, it will not go in editing mode, and the Previous Entry will be selected.
