Relative Y scale in graphs

Make graph Y scale relative. There is a problem right now, especially in networth, where graphs become not much more than a nearly horizontal line. Use the minimum value of the graph to determine if we should start the Y scale at more than 0. If it's the case, also draw little discontinuity slashes at the bottom of the Y scale.
