Can't import QIF with account descriptions

Liquid Ledger produces QIF files with an account list at the beginning that doesn't have an AutoSwitch flag. These accounts have description "D" lines which moneyGuru confuses for date lines because it thinks it's reading an entry block. This makes the whole file un-importable.
