Saved custom date ranges

#115

From GS

The ability to save date ranges through the Custom Date Range panel. There would be a text field allowing you to name a custom date range. When the user do that, there will be a new menu item in the date range menu with that name that would recall that range.

I have yet to figure out how the user would remove saved date ranges.

(from [b1f576d201c4]) Added DateRangeSelector in preparation for [#115 Saved custom date ranges]. For now, it's nothing more than a dumb shell around main window, but this refactoring was a big enough step. This is going to change soon enough. http://bitbucket.org/hsoft/moneyguru/changeset/b1f576d201c4/
