Help: Clarify Previous Balance's role

The behavior of "Previous Balance" entries in the Account view is never described in the help file. It should be because it's not obvious to everyone what it is.
Also, I could see several typos and minor inaccuracies (from forgetting to update parts of the help file since Budgets + Schedules views)
