Bring moneyGuru to front on double-clicking importable file

When a I download a QFX file in my Mac browser (just tried Chrome, so far) and then tell the browser to open the file MoneyGuru starts the import process just fine. But it doesn't come to the front (as I would expect) so I have to switch to it.

I'm trying to reproduce the bug on my Lion machine and I can't reproduce it. When I double-click on a QIF file in Finder, moneyGuru correctly comes at the front. If it was a bug specific to 10.6 and that this behavior changed in Lion, I prefer to not do anything.
