Don't show excluded accounts/groups in the print view

When printing a sheet, excluded accounts and groups still show up, grayed out. It doesn't make much sense and these excluded accounts should simply not appear.

Wow, talk about a hornet nest! This feature seems relatively simple to implement, but after looking around, it either requires a horribly convoluted hack or a major re-factoring of the way tables/sheets are printed. I'm not ready for this now.
