Design save/load

Basically, musicGuru is a great tool, but why can't it save the current changes (or couldn't I find the option?)? Lets say you have a music library of about 5,5k songs. I use musicGuru to create a version of my collection for my mp3 player, as I don't like the portable device functions of most media players. As it is, I have to do all editing in one session, and whenever musicGuru becomes unresponsive (twice in 15 minutes, don't know why) or my Mac screws anything up, I have to start from scratch. Very annoying. Is there any save function or could you implement one?
