CSV files with multiple account columns

Some CSV files have more than one amount column. They should be supported, somehow.

As another user needed it, I thought about it again and think I found a good solution to the problem outlined in the GS thread (the fact that some banks have negative value in their "Decrease" column... how stupid...): I could just ignore any negative sign in the decrease column. That would probably fit every use case.
I wonder why I haven't thought of it before...
