Buggy balance column visibility

In the Account view, the "Balance" column's visibility toggling is buggy. If you start with an asset account, the balance column will show fine. If you then select an income account view, the balance column will correctly be hidden. However, when you come back to your asset account, the balance column will stay hidden. The only way to show it again is to go in reconciliation mode.
Moreover, once you've done that, the balance column will show up in your income account.

I was column save/restore that was messing with balance column toggling. Since all account views have the same savename for columns and that account views are exceptionally saved/restored on tab change, they would mess up each other. To fix this, I only save/restore optional columns (which "balance" is not).

This fixes the bug where the balance column's visibility in the Account View would be messed up when multiple views were opened.
