When ahead months is 0, stop today

It's currently impossible to have the "All Transactions" range stop today rather than at some point in the future. Currently, when ahead month is 0, the stop date is the end of the current month.
If 0 meant today (and 1 meant end of current month and 2 meant the end of next month etc..) date ranges would have more flexibility.
