Show start/end dates in the All Transactions range

Another (bug?) is that on the screen versions of the p&l and net worth reports the date range is not shown at all. This is perhaps a missing
feature rather than a bug, but it would be very helpful to see the date
range on these screen reports, esp. since the range may be something left
over from previous work and the user may have forgotten what has been set.
