Auto-numbering of check numbers
Reported by Virgil Dupras | June 29th, 2011 @ 07:17 PM
BTW, is there not a way for check numbers to be incremented rather than by entering them in manually?

In Quicken, when you write a cheque and enter the number when you go to enter the next cheque you just hit command + or - to advance or regress the numbering.

To clarify this ticket, the use case is for check # with many digits (the user has 7). How it would work is like other auto-completes, except there would only be one auto-completion "possibility", that is the next check #. If, for example, the last check # entered was "1234567", typing "1" would present the possibility of autocompletion to "234568" to the user. Typing anything else would bring no auto-completion.
