"Re-assign Account" dialog truncates message

The "Re-assign Account" dialog (on account deletion) does not appear properly sized to make the whole message above the combo-box legible.
This could be a severe problem if using German language setting,
as the message can get truncated (as it was in my case) to
"Sie sind dabei ein nicht leeres Konto zu löschen. Wählen sie ein anderes Konto" (directly translated: "... Choose a different account") and then the combo-box is set to "Kein Konto" ("No Account") which could easily be interpreted as a protective move of moneyGuru not to delete any account - while in reality the money is lost unless the user realizes the error and uses undo while still possible.
Thoughts on why (not) to fix this:
- User should know that in a double entry system this is bound to happen if they don't re-assign

but for such potentially big changes user==thoughtless should be considered

Depending on the window managers used, the title of the dialog might not be visible (which would give another clue).

so, let's clean that up:

Yes, moneyGuru 2.3.5 on Debian GNU/Linux 6.0 (squeeze) with Openbox window manager.
