Tab navigation in dialog boxes should include dropdowns

Tabbing between fields in the various dialog boxes for editing transactions, schedules, budgets, etc does not focus on drop-down menus - only text fields. For me, data entry would be much faster if I could tab to dropdowns like I can in most other apps.
Just out of interest, how is it that moneyGuru doesn't follow the usual behaviour on this?

Are you sure that you can focus on drop-down in other apps? Focus preference is a systemwide preference in SysPref --> Keyboard (either "Text boxes and lists only" or "All controls")

Yeah I've got it set to all controls, and I make use of it a lot, so it really stood out as strange that moneyGuru somehow didn't allow tabbing to the dropdowns.

I can't reproduce the problem. On my machine, with "All Controls" keyboard pref enabled, drop downs correctly receive focus when I tab in. I tried the Budget Panel and the Schedule Panel.
Are you on 10.6 or 10.5?

Well that's embarrassing... I've just realised the problem was that I was actually using moneyGuru on my girlfriend's account all last night, not my own (her preferences were set to "Text boxes and lists only"). Sigh.
Apologies for the waste of time :/
