Crash on account name edition after duplication error

When editing account name, you get a crash by:

  1. Create a new document
  2. Add an account 'foo'
  3. Add an account 'bar'
  4. Rename the 'foo' account to 'bar' (it won't work, you'll get a notice telling you this account already exists).
  5. Rename the account 'bar' to 'whatever'... Crash.
