Crash on account name edition after duplication error

When editing account name, you get a crash by:
- Create a new document
- Add an account 'foo'
- Add an account 'bar'
- Rename the 'foo' account to 'bar' (it won't work, you'll get a
notice telling you this account already exists).
- Rename the account 'bar' to 'whatever'... Crash.
