Pushed selected_transactions and
explicitly_selected_transactions up from Document to MainWindow.
Note that the current change in TransactionTableBase for it to
listen to MainWindow is a temporary hack to make tests pass. In the
following commit(s), all gui elements will listen to their
respective views, which will have become repeaters.
