Replaced float with CGFloat and int with NSInteger. Also, in mg_cocoa, replaced NSObject.init(self) calls with super()-type calls. It turns out that non-super() calls doesn't work with pyobjc 2.x anymore. I'll have to verify with these super() calls work with 1.4. If not, I'll have to mangle those calls into something that checks for the pyobjc version.
