Graph preference not honoured

Recently, perhaps after the last upgrade? I have noticed that every time I open up a new window on an account the graph is showing by default. I don’t want the graph there and so need to close it by first setting to "on" and then turning it "off". Eg Click on the graph icon twice. The no graph setting holds if the window is visible even through closing and reopening. However, If I close the account and open it again the graph re appears. I don’t want the graph on by default and I don’t remember this being a problem earlier.
