Manual re-ordering of transactions in reconciliation mode

With #155 Reconciliation adjustments, we would have the reconciliation balance based on the Reconciliation Date field. Another feature to add would be the possibility to re-order the transactions during reconciliation mode. It means that additionally to the "normal" position field, we'd need a "reconciliation" position field.
