Implement a nice "amount field"

The amount field will show the amount with the currency on the right side of the amount, but with all amounts in a column still aligned. Therefore, it will always reserve space for the currency, even if it is not used.

The amount field should be wise not to reserve space for the currency if the table has no amount with a currency symbol in it. This is related to #14 Auto-resize amount columns
